I was there with bussines and i don't have enought time.But i like what i see.I'm sorry because in the morning was fog and i don't make good photos.

 

I want to come with my wife and my child.

She is a girl at 7 years old and love off-road.

We can find a posibility to keep she busy with a baby-siter ?

The problem is that my child knows and understand only romanian and a little beat english language.

The track is made in a way that your wife ( if she is not your co-pilot ) can go to the start, watch have great time , and then go to the other watching area , where there will be cars all day long passing though the sections there and watch also ... I don't really think that we can find you a baby sitter , sorry for that.. Next year we will think of that also ;)

Din cate am inteles inregistrarea este joi - cine si cand vine pana la urma ? - poate ne organizam in coloana sa mergem impreuna.

 

@4x4shumen - when and where we should be for registration and accommodation. Can you give us address or GPS mark? Can we pay difference in euro or it's mandatory in leva? Thanks

Hello to all.

 

1st: Payment terms, All of you that have payed the deposit - guarantee MUST BRING THEIR RECEIPTS !

 

2nd: Currency, BGN / Leva /is the currency that the rest of the payment shall be made. The exchange rate in the hotel i am not sure but it is better to go to a bank and exchange.

 

3nd: Schedule. Administrative and technical check starts from 16:00 untill , Let me see... 21:00 , from 21:15 for both classes i think to combine them, hopefully everyone have arrived, we start the Briefing , Racing plate giving and everything alse.

 

4th: At the administrative check , bring driver's licenses, GARMIN GPS units, Deposit papers , and the rest of the fee as well as papers of the vechile. Then with one of the team and a marshal will the techincal check be done in the parking of the hotel. There will be an Insurance man for making life insurances for each of you , Around 18 BGN. Those of you that have must bring the insurance papers with them for check up for validity.

 

5th: GPS coordinates of the hotel : N43 16.242 E26 54.856 .

 

6th: At the administration check there will be a list of coordinates written for your assistance to go to as well as the start. The track is made in a manner that after the start the teams will come back to the start for a special stage where the assistance can still wait for them and watch and if needed to service their cars right away ...

@ vitalie, este organizata o coloana ce pleaca din bucuresti in jur de ora 12, ne auzim pe telefon cum si in ce fel!!

In general se va pleca de la Tuparu, dar vedem unde ne putem intalni cu totii ca sa trecem toate masinile odata prin granita sa nu fie oamenii prea motivati la control!!

@4x4shumen We are 4 adults and 1 little child (3 years old).We will come just to make pictures and to support the romanian teams. We want to stay together with romanian offroaders.Are there any rooms for us at the hotel? Can you please tell me the price for two double rooms? How do we book the hotel? :cl

There is enough rooms in the hotel,

at the reception just tell that you are from the event and you don't need a reservation.

Sorry but i don't know the exact price of the hotel at this moment but it will be around 50-60 BGN per night for a double room. We are still negotiating discounts, but just say that you are from the competition and that will be enough.

If you want we can book you the room/s just give me names and what kind of rooms you need so that you can be calm for that...

Hi - today i faced problem with GPS receiver, it don't want to start. But i have from TAT Holux M-241 GPS logger (you was on TAT the yellow gps receiver) - can i use it for tracking?

I am glad that you are so well organized and you are preparing to enter Bulgaria and Shumen city with an well organized team.

 

There are some news that our farm owners around Ruse have a strike and they are threatening to block the "Danube Bridge" border pass. Please check and replan your journey to Shumen.

 

 

As for the Competition , we are just waiting for all of you. Final count of participants - 46 teams.
