Hello Mr. Turcanu,

 

I’m organizing a trip for 4 days in Romania and ?i’m searching to rent some 4x4 kind Toyota Land Cruiser and some logistical support from Bucharest.

We are looking for 10 or 12 4x4 and then 1 or 2 serious HDJ80 for the organization with rescue stuff, tools, fridge, tables,…

 

I’ll need to do 2 trips: the first one in April to look after all the organization and them in june with the clients.

i-am povestit ca nu avem Toyo...ci doar JEEP, ca doar suntem Club Jeep Romania :D ...si uitati ce raspuns am primit.... deci cine vrea sa il contacteze...

Thanks for your quick answer. Actualy Toyota are not the only car who’s have 4x4 J , I said Toyo because I have some and I know them very well… J

 

Our clients wants to drive themselves , that’s why I wanted to rent some 4x4 to a renting company but I think it is very hard to find them in Bucarest ( kind Europcar , or Avis, …) do you know any company who is doing that?

I was thinking to bring my own car to Romania but it Is in total 7000km , and very expensive with a HDJ80 J that’s why I was thinking to contract someone who knows the country very well and who could come with us. I will travel with the organization of course.

 

The plan is to do a first recognition in April : Bacarest , Brasov, Bran and back to Bucharest and the trip with the clients is in June: 14/06: pick car at airport and we leave to Brasov. 15/06 : Brasov , Bran, and back to Brasov. 16/06: Brasov – Bucharest 4x4 in nice tracks to be in the afternoon in Bucharest. 17/06 the clients fly back to Spain.

In mod normal un trip de genul asta se plateste afara la prima mana cu 700-800 euro de persoana/tur sau chiar 1000-1500 euro (cu toate incluse fara transportul cu avionul). In mod normal sunt grupuri de 6-10 persoane. Tur de 3-4 zile...

 

Am primit si eu solicitari de acest gen pe adresa de mail a clubului. Cand le-am ofertat tripul ...le-au cam cazut chilotii ... Ei se asteptau sa plateasca ceva de genul 100 euro / masina / trip + cheltuielile si nici alea toate... :ha:

 

Din punctul meu de vedere ptr un astfel de eveniment nu m-as deranja ptr 100e nici sa bag cheia in contact la 80 ... :grin:

 

Din experienta organizarii unor evenimente private ...fara cateva mii ... nu se merita sa misti fierul. Piata din Spania e una "ieftina", din acest motiv a venit via Spain cererea de oferta clientii finali fiind de regula englezi, olandezi, austrieci sau nemti ...

 

De asemenea unele agentii de turism practica asemenea "servicii 4x4" cerand oferte pe la cluburi ...platind undeva la 100 euro / zi ptr masina ...

 

Si apoi ...ganditi-va la TAT (un eveniment de referinta) ...la astia taxa de participare de persoana este 750 euro + restul de cheltuieli (aproximativ 200 euro) deci aproape 1000euro/persoana in conditiile in care vin si se dau cu masinile proprii ... Ca sa va faceti o idee ... si sa priviti din perspectiva corecta un astfel de "business" ...:wink:

am mai vb cate ceva cu individul azi pe mail...ideea e cam asa:

 

- vrea un tur pana la Bran si inapoi ca a auzit el ca sunt niste forestiere faine in zona ( mergi si cu mertu pe acolo )...ideea e ca i-am gasit o firma de unde sa inchirieze Dustere 4x4 cu MT-uri...mai are nevoie de un ghid cu masina.... mai departe cine vrea este liber sa il contacteze... tipu pare super OK si serios....

 

- nu s-a speriat ca dusterele il costa gen 100 euro / zi / buc se astepta la asta...
