Hilux Double Cab - intrebari diverse

Salutare la toata lumea,

 

 

sunt nou pe acest forum si nou intr-ale 4x4-ului. As dori sa imi achizionez un Hilux (4x4) si am mai multe intrebari la care as vrea sa gasesc raspuns.

 

 

1. Care este anul in care a aparut motorizarea de 2.5 144CP (2009 cumva?) ?

2. Scrie undeva pe caroserie echiparea modelului (Comfort, Style, Style+) sau iti dai seama doar daca intri in interior si vezi ce dotari are ?

3. Cum se manifesta ADD-ul ? Din cate am inteles permite o comutare ușoară (automata), în mers, între 4WD și 2WD. Imi puteti da un exemplu concret cand se poate intampla acest lucru?

4. Din cate am vazut pe site la Toyota , echiparea Style+ nu are diferential blocabil pe spate. Acesta nu este un plus? de ce este scos tocmai din echiparea de top?

5. Pot cupla 4x4 ,dar fara sa blochez spatele?

2011 facelift

 

On 13 July 2011, Toyota announced that the Hilux would receive an upgrade, including a redesigned front end and other external styling changes, changes to the interior and a new turbocharged diesel engine capable of 106 kW (142 hp) and 343 N·m (253 lb·ft) of torque, as well as lower fuel consumption compared to the previous model.

 

Add decupleaza planetara mai lunga de pe fata, atunci cand nu este cuplat 4x4, pentru un consum mai mic, uzura mai mica etc. (este practic un vacum disconect utilizat la marea majoritate a 4x4 rilor de teren numit diferit de fiecare constructor)

Nu ADD permite trecerea din 2x4 in 4x4 si invers in mers ci cutia de transfer.

 

How does the Toyota ADD System Work? There is a pneumatic device called an "actuator" attached to the front differential that effectively slides the driver side shaft out of the differential. On trucks that have ADD Toyota uses "live hubs" (see hubs section below). This means that both front half shafts and the front diff spin even in 2WD (but not the front drive shaft). There are a set of air bags inside the actuator that control the position of the ADD sleeve. This actuator will stay in it's current position until vacuum is applied to change it's position even if there is no vacuum at all. For 2WD operation vacuum is applied to driver side tube of the actuator and it holds the sleeve in the out position.

 

When you engage 4WD a switch on the transfer case changes a set of air valves under the hood. This causes vacuum to be applied to the passenger side tube of the actuator and it pulls the sleeve over to the right and connects the drivers side axle shaft to the differential. Once the splines on the sleeve and the splines on the shaft are aligned the sleeve slides toward the passenger side and the front drive is engaged There are two switches that must be in the closed position for the 4WD light to come on. The first switch is controlled by the position of the transfer case shift lever. The second light is on the ADD actuator and it turns on after the sleeve has moved into the right (locked) position.

 

Cu siguranta este un mare plus diferential blocabil spate, daca il platesti separat il poti avea pe oricare dintre versiuni.

Exista masini fara nici o dotare cu diferential blocabil spate si tot asa exista si masini full cu sau fara diferential blocabil spate.

Toate acestea pentru ca asa a configurat o cumparatorul de noua.

Da, fara nici o problema poti cupla 4x4 fara a bloca spatele, ulterior blochezi spatele daca o impun conditiile din teren.

Mersi ptr raspuns. Mai am insa o intrebare. Ce tip de 4x4 est epe hilux (modelul diferential blocabil pe spate, nu cel cu alunecare limitata in versiunile mai noi). Ma intereseaza ce comportament are cand esti in 4x4 dar un blochezi spatele...

Este 4x4 nepermanent. Se comporta ca orice alta masina 4x4 care nu are diferential central. Adica distrugi transmisia pe asflat curat sau orice alta suprafata aderenta dar te ajuta in situatii cu aderenta scazuta fiindca distribuie 50/50 puterea motorului intre punti.

Se poate monta axa de pe spate cu LSD de pe patrol y60 pe toyota hilux ?

Daca a montat cineva va rog sa detaliati de ce anume trebuie tinut cont.

:uameni vinde hiluxul si ia-ti patrol.

in primul rind nu se pupa rapoartele. apoi nu se pupa latimea, apoi flansele, dupa aia tu ai suspensie pe foi, ala e pe elicoidale, deci ai si acolo de aliniat diverse rahaturi. de sudat, de aranjat, de facut diverse adaptari de la flansa de iesire de patrol la aia de toyota. ia-ti un powertrax sau mai bine, ca daca tot te chinuie, ia-tu un detroit sau un ARB. iesi mai ieftin si mai sigur si mai repede.

Multumesc pentru raspuns! Eu am patrol y 60 cu dif blocabil, dar un prieten m-a rugat sa intreb pe forum problema ce il framanta.
