Car registration in Bulgaria

Hello,

 

I saw that the Romanian law for Romanian citizen is changing. I don't want to mix the discussion because I'm from west of Europe, not Romanian citizen.

 

I would like to register a car in Bulgaria to avoid to have fines with radars as Gasto, to avoid to have sequestration of my car for speeding, things like that.

 

To avoid sequestration, I think it's better to register the car with the name of a company. Thus, because you are not the owner, the police can take the car. To not receive the fines, I have to register the car in a foreign country like Bulgaria.

 

I think many of you are experience with Bulgarian registration. I'm looking for a good partner in Bulgaria to find the best solution. Probably to open a company, to run it, to transfer the cars, ...

 

I have few questions:

- Do you know someone reliable in Bulgaria?

- What are the risks to do this? Is it safe?

- Do I have to come in Bulgaria for the annual checking? Is it possible to avoid to drive from west to Bulgaria?

- What are the papers to provide to register an European second hand car in Bulgaria?

- What are the costs?

- Did you have bad experiences? What kind?
