De la Izvorul Alb la Cabana Rarau ( 2009 )

In vacanta din 2009 am plecat de la Durau cu intentia de a merge la Pietrele Albe din Rarau.

Am ales sa merg prin Campulung Moldovenesc deoarece vroiam sa vad si Vatra Dornei.

A fost cea mai proasta alegere.

Drumul prin Izvorul Alb, odata asfaltat, este acum intr-o stare de degradare avansata, practic necirculabil decat cu 4x4.

Dupa ce am trecut de cheile Izvorul Alb am intalnit un schit pe care l-am vizitat si apoi am plecat mai departe spre cabana Rarau insa dupa putin timp am fost nevoit sa ma opresc si sa trag pe dreapta deoarece drumul era prea deteriorat si nu vroiam sa stric Campervanul la inceput de concediu.

Am lasat masina si am pornit pe jos cca 3 ore de urcare pe serpentinele drumului.

Pe parcurs am gasit cateva locuri cu asfalt aflat inca in stare buna dar in general este impracticabil.

La intersectia de drumuri am vazut ca acest drum nici nu avea indicator de directie, veti vedea in poze.

Iata acum pozele de pe drum si de la cabana.

Drumul de la Chiril la Cab. rarau este practicabil si cu masini mici.
