As you know me as the organizer of 4x4 Shumen trophy 2013 ... all offroad organizers are friends and we help eachother... In this meaning , the organizer of the Nova Cherna trophy 2013 has asked me to introduce his event to this forum ... What it is about Nova Cherna trophy 2013 - 15-16 June 2013 - will be held for the 2nd time. 2 days in the Danueb's swamps and river side rivers... Winch trophy at it's best - lot's of water, mud and ..."mosquitos" ;) The event's HQ is located at the camp site in the village of Nova Cherna , 46 kms from Ruse towards Tutrakan. Here is the program of the event : Friday 14.06.2013 : From 16: 30 until 19: 00 - welcoming of the teams , registration and "accomodation" in the camp site ;) 20:00 - First briefing and roadbook giving. Saturday 15:06.2013 : From 8: 00 untill 9: 00 - registration and roadbook giving for teams arrived late in the night. From 9: 00 untill 9: 30 - official opening of the event and a "hat draw" for racing numbers. Small briefing. 10: 00 - start stage. 17: 00 Stage closure From 18: 00 - concert of national folcware, organized in the town's library with groups from Sofia, Russe and Nova Cherna. 20:00 - start of the camp's "happy hour" - fish soup, "peach-fruit" fermented drinks :) , lams and don't forget - the microphone is yours - singing for those who which and dare ;) Sunday 16.06.2013 from 8: 00 untill 10: 00 - Wake up calls, coffe, hangovers drinks and so on ;) 10: 30 - Start of stage 2 15: 00 - Stage closure Around 15: 30 - Preliminary rankings, ceremonies and farewells ;) The HQ will be in the camp site. It will be placed in the village's stadium, in which there will fresh water, portable toilets and so on. Important - there is no electric power so those who need power must bring their own generator. The organizers will have installed their own generators but if needed more power there will be shortage. Basically - this is the info ... Classes - A1 - hard trophy - lot's of winching and stuff - Cars must have working winches and roll cages. Class A2 - fast trophy tracks with no hard stuff, no winch needed... All classes NEED GARMIN GPS for check up of Track log ... Fees - 80 BGN for A1 , 50 BGN for A2 - total ... Basically all you need more as regulations - well they are all in bulgarian language but i will try soon to publish it as it is and you to use translator to understand it .. but they are farely simple ... So i hope this helps you get a better understanding of the event. For the moment there are 23 teams ( single car make a team ) signed in ... Last yaer were more than 40 teams in .. ;) If you have any questions, please post them here , in english please ;) and i will try to answer them as soon as possible...
