Dear friends,

We're writing from Serbia, and we want to inform you that the off-road racing vehicles “TATA 2010” will be in second half of April this year. Town events is Kamenovo near Petrovac on Mlavi.

The aim of this race is that of a lot of good drivers choose the best, and we are as organizers imagined all this as a serious test of endurance for drivers and vehicles.

To have access to this event here are some of the most important things from last year Rules:

PARTICIPANTS

On the race "Tata 2009" can participate all terrain vehicles (jeeps) that have 4x4 winches, and vehicles without winches for which their drivers are considered to be suit on driving path.

Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a vehicle that is drawn by other vehicle on the path. (It is considered that such a car is not ready for this ride).

It is forbidden to use agricultural vehicles and agricultural equipment (tractors, power cultivators, tractor tires, caterpillar, motor saws ...)

The team consists of driver and co-driver, which must have valid driver's license. During the ride driver and co-driver are obliged to wear protective helmets and use safety belts.

RACE

The race will last 5 hours

Vehicles will be at the start of play in the interval of 1 min.

Starting positions of a team will be determined by the order of application.

The race is circular and there are special tests.

The winner team will be that that has made the most laps and a minimum of __ special examination in 5-hour duration of the race.

During the race driver and co-driver can each rotate, but not modify the vehicle (during the ride must both reside in the vehicle).

For critical places in path participants will be provided with pillars for winches.

The vehicle must be visibly marked with the starting number, provided by the organizer.

During the race alcohol and other stimulating means are strictly prohibited.

 

Judges

Judges will be located at three checkpoints. Each circuit judge shall certify with the mark; the race card will be at co-driver. During the validation assistant judge will take pictures with the correct drivers passing time. Judges will have three flags:

GREEN - free rides

Yellow - caution, the problem on the path

RED - must stop

After the race judges are obliged to provide access to all competitors’ cards.

Driver and co-driver make the team. When applying, the team is obliged to pay 150 Euros for the right to participate in the race.

This amount covers the cost of the race organization, part of the prizes, lunch package, promotional material and media support radio and TV stations.

Precautions

Organizer agrees to provide the path minimum technical requirements to race hold.

To ensure coverage of the following services:

- Medical staff

- Fire brigade

- Security

- Judicial service

- Help on the path

- Hospitality coverage

From all participants we require highly respect of all security measures, complete seriousness and fair play.

Enter as much chivalry in this sport; after all it is important to participate.

 

Award

Last year the winner of the race got the second-hand terrain vehicles.

 

This is the third year that the race is held, and this year we plan some changes in regulations and the content of the race. You will be informed soon.
