Dear friends,

 

the off-road racing vehicles “TATA 2010” will be held on 23 and 24 April 2010 on the track in Kamenovo near Petrovac na Mlavi.

 

Race is a serious test of endurance of drivers and vehicles, so if you think that You are an important member in this sport, then consider that we provoke you on START.

 

SCHEDULE

 

Friday

 

The meeting will be on Friday, 23 April 2010 at 13 o’clock in the "Duskov ranch” in Kamenovo near Petrovac na Mlavi.

 

From 13 to 15 o’clock – registration teams , sharing the starting numbers and briefing.

 

At 15 o’clock - departure on the track

 

Start the race for SOFT class at 16 o’clock.

 

Pause - 17 to 18 o’clock.

 

Start the race for the HARD class at 18 o’clock.

 

After driving following dinner in the cafe "Duskov ranch”.

 

Saturday

 

Gathering Teams and breakfast from 8 to 10 o’clock in "Duskov ranch”.

 

From 10 to 11 o’clock - departure on the track

 

Start the race for SOFT class at 11 o’clock.

 

Pause - 13 to 14 o’clock.

 

Start the race for the HARD class at 14 o’clock.

 

At 18 o’clock- dinner and announcement of final winners

 

Changes in schedule are possible because of weather conditions.

PARTICIPANTS

 

On the race "Tata 2009" can participate all terrain vehicles (jeeps) that have 4x4 winches, and vehicles without winches for which their drivers are considered to be suit on driving path.

 

This year, vehicles will be divided into two classes: HARD and SOFT. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a vehicle that is drawn by other vehicle on the path. (It is considered that such a car is not ready for this ride).It is forbidden to use agricultural vehicles and agricultural equipment (tractors, power cultivators, tractor tires, caterpillar, motor saws ...)The team consists of driver and co-driver, which must have valid driver's license. During the ride driver and co driver are obliged to wear protective helmets and use safety belts.During the race driver and co driver can each rotate, but not modify the vehicle.The vehicle must be visibly marked with the starting number, provided by the organizer.During the race alcohol and other stimulating means are strictly prohibited.

 

REGISTRACION FEE

 

The team consists of driver and co-driver. When applying the team is obliged to pay 60 euros for the right to participate in the race, or 30 euros per team member. Price is the same for the HARD and SOFT class.

 

This amount includes: start number, shirt, dinner, breakfast, brunch, lunch and a final award (does not include the cost of lodgings).

 

Participants can choose accommodation.

 

The organizer will provide a place for camping near the track, and who wants to camp it is desirable to bring the equipment (tent, blanket ...).

 

Participants who want accommodation in the hotel should know that price for overnight stays in a nearby hotel is 13 euros per person.
